KLOW Peptide Blend
KLOW is a fixed four-peptide research blend — GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and KPV (10 mg) lyophilized together in one 80 mg vial. It brings four well-studied single-peptide research directions — copper-mediated regeneration, tissue repair, cell migration, and anti-inflammatory signaling — into one reconstitution.
What's in it
KLOW is a fixed ratio — the four peptides can't be dosed separately, so every reconstituted draw delivers all four in the same 50 : 10 : 10 : 10 proportion (GHK-Cu makes up 62.5% of any draw).
GHK-Cu 50 mg
Copper-binding tripeptide; the best-characterized component. Studied for skin remodeling and regenerative signaling.
BPC-157 10 mg
Gastric pentadecapeptide studied for tissue, tendon, and gut-barrier repair in preclinical models.
TB-500 10 mg
Thymosin β4 fragment studied for cell migration and soft-tissue repair.
KPV 10 mg
C-terminal α-MSH tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) studied for anti-inflammatory signaling.
Dosing in one line
There is no validated human dose for the blend — no trials study these four together. In research practice the 80 mg vial is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and administered subcutaneously; because the ratio is fixed, you dose the whole blend at once. The protocol page has a calculator that shows the exact mg of each peptide any draw delivers.
