Enhanced Nootropic Research Peptide Weekly Protocol Guide

NA Semax Amidate Protocol Guide

✓ Verified dosing (fact-checked against FDA labels / published trials): Registered route is intranasal, but subcutaneous injection is also commonly used in research practice. Registered (Russia) 0.1% solution for cognition/fatigue: 400-900 mcg TOTAL per day, DIVIDED into 2-3 intranasal administrations, 3-14 day courses (pediatric cognitive: 200-400 mcg/day in 2 doses, 30 days). Acute ischemic stroke (1% solution, inpatient): 6,000-20,000 mcg/day divided across 3-6 intranasal doses for ~10… This supersedes any conflicting figures shown elsewhere on this page; confirm with a licensed provider.

NA Semax Amidate (N-Acetyl Semax Amidate) is an enhanced analog of Semax with improved bioavailability and longer duration of action. It is studied for cognitive enhancement, neuroprotection, and BDNF upregulation. The N-acetyl and amidate modifications increase stability and CNS penetration.

Protocol Overview

Compound
NA Semax Amidate (N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (Modified ACTH 4-10 Analog))
Category
Enhanced Nootropic Research Peptide
Vial Size
10mg (10,000mcg)
Reconstitution
2mL bacteriostatic water (5mg/mL)
Route
Subcutaneous injection
Frequency
5 days/week

Reconstitution Instructions

Using 2mL of bacteriostatic water results in a concentration of 5mg/mL (5000mcg/mL). Always use sterile techniques.

Materials Needed

  • 10mg NA Semax Amidate 10mg vial (lyophilized powder)
  • 2mL bacteriostatic water (sterile, preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol)
  • Sterile syringe and needle (18-22 gauge for drawing)
  • Alcohol swabs
  • Clean workspace

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Preparation: Allow the NA Semax Amidate 10mg vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature. Wipe the rubber stoppers of both vials with an alcohol swab.
  2. Draw the Water: Using a sterile syringe, draw up exactly 2mL of bacteriostatic water. Expel any air bubbles.
  3. Inject into Vial: Insert the needle through the rubber stopper at a slight angle, aiming toward the glass wall. Slowly inject the water down the side of the vial to avoid foaming.
  4. Mix Gently: Remove the needle. Gently swirl or roll the vial between your hands. Do not shake vigorously.
  5. Check for Clarity: The solution should be clear once fully reconstituted. Do not use if cloudy.

Administration Guidelines

  • Administer intranasally for optimal CNS absorption
  • Apply 1-2 sprays per nostril in the morning
  • Dosing range is 200-600mcg/day depending on research protocol
  • Store reconstituted peptide refrigerated at 36-46F (2-8C)
  • Use reconstituted solution within 30 days
  • Never freeze reconstituted peptides
  • Document administration times and cognitive observations
