Injection Sites & Technique

| Thigh | Outer/front thigh. Good alternative for rotation. |
| Near Injury | Inject subcutaneously as close to the injury site as practical for localized effect. |
Technique: Pinch skin, insert needle at 45° angle, inject slowly, release pinch, apply gentle pressure. Use 29–31 gauge insulin syringe.
